I have worked on both sides of the venture industry—as an investor, startup manager, and interim CFO. I've financed businesses, sat on boards from seed to Series B, run teams, set up processes, and raised funds. This extensive experience has given me a profound understanding of the European founder and venture community.
Over the years, I have had the privilege of coaching hundreds of entrepreneurs like you, particularly founders and CEOs of businesses with 50 to 500 employees. Through this journey, I discovered that effective transformation extends far beyond the individual leader.
